1. Identity and Institutional Mission
The Fondazione Mario D'Onofrio E.T.S., a Third Sector Body registered with the R.U.N.T.S. (Repertory no. 161992 of 22/12/2025), operates in the exclusive pursuit of civic, solidarity and socially useful purposes, with particular reference to the promotion of culture, historical-artistic research, education and support to study. Personal data is processed in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency and protection of personal dignity.

3. Purpose of Processing
- Management of information requests and institutional relations;
- Membership management and association relations;
- Management of fundraising and liberal donations;
- Selection management for scholarships and awards;
- Organisation of events, conferences and cultural activities;
- Tax and administrative requirements for ETSs.
4. Collecting Donations
Data provided in connection with donations are processed exclusively for accounting purposes,
fiscal and administrative aspects of the donation, as well as to ensure transparency and reporting under
of the Third Sector Code. There is no donor profiling.
5. Scholarships
As part of the comparative procedures for awarding scholarships, the Foundation may process identification, curricular and academic data. Processing is limited to meritocratic evaluation and the management of publicity and transparency obligations under ETS regulations.
6. Storage and Security
The data are kept for the time necessary to pursue the institutional purposes and in accordance with the terms of the law. The Foundation adopts appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data processed.
7. Rights of the Interested Parties
Data subjects may exercise their rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR by writing to the PECinstitution. It is always possible to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority.
